We have 3 steps in interview for candidate, 1 out of 3 is optional. 1st step - 30 mins screening just to understand if this worth time (were introduced after my low level candidates on interview. 2nd -tech interview, 1h with SMs and team mates. and only if we are not sure there is 1h more with teams and other group of people. I think 2.h of interviewing till offer is very fast. But Im curious why you think this process is overloaded? How do you proceed?
